wah sians.. monday blueeeeeeeeeee...
early in the morning.. when i woke up.. i was so blur cos i nv slp much..
like a mad woman lidat.. not much make up and style hair.. jus go to work liaos..
reach office.. saw lots of work.. rest awhile in the morning and chiong work at afternoon..
today is the start of my diet plan.. gona last for 1 mth.. hope i can last >.<
morning i ate bread with water cooked tuna.. taste so bad.. but no choice >.<
afternoon i didnt ate anything.. suppose to eat salad wifout any sauce de.. but end up work till 4get to eat..
when ard 4pm lidat.. started to get super dizzy.. low blood pressure is pain..
when reach ard 5plus..boss came back.. ii bth liaos.. so i pass him the finished work and tell him tht i very dizzy.. and i can rest at office for awhile till my dad's back..
at nite my mum cook fish ball soup for me specially.. plain fishball soup with some mushrooms.. woot 1st time i ate all tis small portion de food..
measured my weight.. less 0.8kg.. hope really will get to my target by at least 3kg at the end of tis week >.<
TAHAN!!! the oni choice tht i got is to tahan!! aiming to get back to my original weight by my bday >.<
